Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

At ColorFlow Creations, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted and how we handle each situation.
Returns
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on non-personalized items under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned with all original components
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Replacements
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
Replacement Requests
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Approved replacement requests will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved Refunds
Refunds are issued only after:
- The returned item is received and inspected (if applicable)
- The refund request meets the criteria outlined in this policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect
- Orders delayed by carriers are not eligible for refunds
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once an order enters production or ships, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows an order as “Delivered” but it has not been received:
- Please verify the delivery address
- Check with household members or nearby locations
- Contact the shipping carrier for confirmation
Refunds or replacements for lost packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with carrier policies.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return a qualifying item and place a new order.
