Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Because most items are processed quickly—and many are made-to-order or personalized—orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders cannot be canceled if:

• The 2-hour cancellation window has passed
  
• The order has entered production
  
• The order has already shipped
  

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized or custom-made items begin production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once production has started.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered production.

Approved Cancellations & Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  
• Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  

Shipping fees are refunded only if the order has not yet shipped.

Orders Shipped or In Transit

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
